You create a gathering and share one link — guests RSVP in their browser, no app and no group membership required. No. Guests receive a simple link and RSVP directly in their browser — no download, no account, no friction. Only the host uses the Micromeet app.
Open Micromeet, tap "Create gathering", fill in a name, date, time, and location — then hit share. A link is generated instantly. Most hosts are done in under a minute.
Google Meet and Zoom handle the video call itself. Micromeet handles everything around the gathering — who's coming, reminders, payments, and check-in. They solve different problems. Micromeet can even include a Google Meet link inside your gathering if you need one.
The Community plan lets hosts set a ticket price and add their own payment link (PayPal.me, Stripe, bank transfer — anything works). After RSVPing, guests are shown the payment link and a button to confirm they've paid. The host then marks them as paid in their dashboard, and the QR check-in ticket is automatically emailed to the guest. Instant payment processing by micromeet is coming soon — we're working on it actively. You keep 100% of what you collect, minus your chosen payment provider's standard fees.
Yes! On the Community plan you can set up recurring events — daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly — and Micromeet will automatically create all the occurrences at once. Each one gets its own RSVP page and guest list.
Yes. Circle and Community plans both come with a 14-day free trial for first-time subscribers — no credit card required to start. You'll only be charged once the trial ends and you choose to continue. Cancel anytime before that and you won't be billed. The free trial applies once per account and is not available on re-subscriptions.
